What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?Updated a year ago

After we have initiated the refund from our end, you can expect the refund amount to appear in your payment account within 3-7 business days for PayPal and within 8-15 business days for Credit Card payments. The exact duration may vary depending on your bank's processing procedures.


If, for any reason, you haven't received your refund within this specified time frame, please don't hesitate to initiate a chat with us. This will allow us to verify whether the refund has been accurately processed. If we have successfully transferred the refund to your bank, we will provide you with a refund invoice via email as confirmation of the transaction.


In the event that our Prints Avenue finance team confirms the successful transfer of the refund, but you still haven't seen the funds returned to your account, we recommend contacting your bank to review the status of the refunded transaction. Occasionally, there may be a delay or pending status on the bank's end, which they can assist you in resolving.
