If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong custom/size, damaged, chipped, or low-quality items, or if your products haven't arrived and the expected delivery time has elapsed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our Contact Us page. We are here to assist you by either sending you a replacement item or providing a refund to your account.
If you happen to receive defective items, kindly share photos clearly displaying the defects with us. Please be aware that we do not have a formal return policy, so these photos are crucial in helping us identify and resolve the issue efficiently. Our team at Prints Avenue will carefully assess your request and offer the most reasonable solution.
Regarding delivery problems, if ongoing issues persist with delivering to your location, we may opt to issue a refund instead of sending a replacement.
In most cases, you can choose between receiving a replacement, which will be processed with the same timeframe as your original order, or having a refund credited to your account. Prints Avenue will proceed as per your preference.
Please keep in mind that we can only support refunds within 90 days from the date of package delivery. However, if the replacement order you receive is still incorrect or damaged, we will promptly process a refund for you.
