If you've recently received items that are broken, damaged, incorrect, or of low quality, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

However, in certain situations, there may be additional charges associated with the replacement item, which can include shipping fees or price differences. These circumstances include:

1. Changing the size of the item.
2. Swapping to a different item.
3. Modifying a custom order.

Please be aware that if the mistake is not attributable to our fault, an additional fee will be applied.
