Having a Prints Avenue account comes with several advantages:
1. Manage and Track Your Orders
All your previous orders are stored in your Prints Avenue account, as long as the email address used for logging in matches the one used for your purchases. You can log in to your account to access a comprehensive list of your orders, including those that were canceled and refunded. Each order's detailed timeline is also available.
2. Reorder Your Favorite Items
Within the Account Details section, you can find your archived orders. For a step-by-step guide on how to reorder your favorite items, please refer to this article.
3. Save Multiple Addresses for Future Use
If you plan to purchase gifts for your parents, friends, siblings, or colleagues, this feature can save you time during the ordering process.
- Login to access your Account Details. In the "My Address" section, select "Edit" to navigate to Your address information.
- Click "Add a New Address" to continue.
- Fill out all the necessary information for your new address and then click "Add Address." Your new address will be saved for future orders.
In this setting, you can designate one of your addresses as the default, depending on your needs. In the "Use a new address" box, click the down arrow and make a selection effortlessly.
