Why I can't see a preview of my order?Updated a year ago

We understand the inconvenience this situation can cause. Whether you're purchasing a personalized item for yourself, a close friend, family member, or colleague, you always expect to have a preview of the design to ensure it meets your expectations. However, there may be instances where you can't see a design preview when placing your order or in your confirmation email. Rest assured, we guarantee that all your selected design options are securely stored with your order, even if you can't view them at your end.


To address this issue, we've outlined some common reasons:


1. Missing Required Information: Some options have an asterisk (*) next to them, signifying their mandatory nature. You must fill in these fields with the necessary information. If you neglect to do so, you won't be able to see the preview, and a notice will appear next to the relevant options. In such cases, you should provide the required information.

2. Custom Name: If you don't wish to add a custom name, you can leave these fields blank. Simply press the space bar without entering any text in the designated area. After completing these steps, you'll have the option to preview the result.

3. System Error: Occasionally, unexpected system glitches may prevent you from accessing a preview of your order. The most common issue is a continuously spinning preview button. To resolve this, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, attempt to place your order using a different device or browser. If the issue is related to our system, contact us immediately with a screenshot of the preview or notification displayed on your end. We'll assist you promptly and offer a 20% discount code as an apology and thank you.

In specific situations:

1. Custom Photo Product: For products involving custom photos, please note that it takes a little time to create the design after confirming your order. As a result, you won't see an immediate preview. We'll send you the design preview link via email as soon as it's ready.

2. Newest Products: Our newest products may not support the preview function due to limited system capabilities. This means you won't see a preview after selecting your design options.
