Why has my order tracking status not been updated?Updated a year ago

It's not uncommon for tracking information to encounter delays or experience temporary gaps in updates, particularly during peak shipping periods or when unforeseen circumstances, like severe weather or transportation disruptions, come into play. Once an item is dispatched, the tracking number may require up to 7 business days to be fully updated due to delays in the scanning process and subsequent website updates. We understand your concerns about the limited recent updates on your package's tracking information, and we want to provide clarification regarding several potential reasons for this, including:


1. In-Transit Between Facilities:

Sometimes, your shipment may still be in transit between two facilities or on its way from the originating country to the destination. During high-traffic periods, such as holidays, extreme weather conditions, or transportation disruptions like strikes, it's not uncommon for tracking updates to experience delays. We advise waiting for 2 - 3 days before checking again.


2. Delay at Customs:

If your tracking information suggests that your package has reached your country but provides no further details, it might be delayed in customs. This frequently occurs during busy seasons like the holiday period when there's a surge in package shipments. We recommend waiting up to 48 hours for updated information.


3. Lack of Destination Tracking System:

Some smaller or rural post offices may not have a tracking system in place or may not promptly input data for the packages they handle. Tracking updates may only occur when the package reaches a regional hub close to the destination. If you suspect this might be the case for your package, we suggest waiting for 3 - 5 days before checking again.


4. Carrier Delays:

5. Lost Package:
