Why does my Ornament have a blue side or printing backward?Updated a year ago

Upon receiving your Acrylic Plaque or Ornament, you may notice what appears to be an incorrect printing, with custom names appearing backward or the entire design seemingly reversed.

This effect is a result of our unique printing process for acrylic products. We use professional UV printing techniques to create durable keepsakes. The artwork is printed on one side using high-quality color printing to ensure long-lasting vibrancy and durability.

For protection during transportation, we apply a transparent film to prevent any scraping or scratching. While this film is usually clear, there might be cases where a faint blue line is visible. 

As a result, our Acrylic Ornaments include a front protective cover to shield the design from scratches and damage during shipping. Simply flip it over to see your design correctly printed on the other side.

To use the ornament, peel off the film by starting from a corner or along the edge. Use your fingernail gently to create a small area to grip, and then the film should come off easily. Be cautious not to use your nails in a way that could potentially scratch the acrylic while removing the film. Once the film is removed, your ornament will be ready for use.
