1. Order Placement:

At this initial stage, your order has been received. Your customized product details are sent to our manufacturer and readied for processing.


2. Processing Your Products:

The item enters the production phase, typically within 1-2 business days. Following production, there's a processing period of 1-2 business days to package the item, affix your name, and attach the shipping label to the package. Please be aware that if you have modification requests for your order, it may require an additional 1-3 business days for processing.


3. Shipped Out Stage:

Once your order is processed, it's promptly handed over to the shipping carrier. The tracking number for your package will be sent to you via a shipping confirmation email. It may take 1-3 business days for the tracking to become active.

4. Your Package is in Transit:

Your package will undergo transportation from domestic distribution to local distribution as part of its transit process. Shipments within the USA typically take 2 - 3 business days.


5. Out for Delivery:

At this point, your package already has an estimated delivery date and is out for delivery.


6. Delivered:

When the tracking status shows "Delivered," this indicates that your package has been successfully delivered. To locate it, please check your mailbox, inquire with your family members, search around your residence, or contact your local post office.


We understand your eagerness to receive your package promptly. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could potentially affect the shipment process. If you haven't received any shipping emails, including the tracking number to locate your package, or if you notice that your package's tracking hasn't updated while in transit within 3-7 business days, please don't worry. In such cases, the tracking information may not have been scanned yet, and your tracking is still in transit as usual.
