All the items available in our store are custom-made, designed specifically for you. As a result, the processing time may be slightly longer than usual.
Here's a breakdown of our order processing and shipping times:
Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days. Once this processing is complete, a tracking number will be provided to you via email as we hand it over to the postal service.
Shipping Time:
For delivery within the USA, it usually takes about 3-7 business days. For US Orders, approximately 99.4% of orders are delivered punctually. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by customs-related delays.
Please be aware that more than 97.9% of packages generally arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time may be attributed to severe weather conditions, foreign customs procedures, or inaccuracies in the provided address. If you encounter such a situation, do not hesitate to contact us.
It's important to note that the shipping time does not include the initial 1-3 business days designated for processing time. For orders delivered to P.O. boxes, remember to include the full 4 or 5-digit zip code in your shipping address.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email, enabling you to monitor the shipment's progress right to your doorstep.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check all delivery information for accuracy. Inaccurate or missing information may necessitate contacting you for updates, potentially causing delivery delays. Delays can also occur during customs clearance.
Lastly, please ensure that your address is complete and accurate. Any incomplete or incorrect addresses could result in the return of the package to us.
