What do I do if a part of my order is missing?Updated a year ago

We recognize the frustration that can occur when you receive an incomplete order. We understand your current situation and aim to offer our support. 


To effectively address this matter, we suggest following these steps:


1. Review your tracking confirmation email to determine if your items were sent in separate shipments. In the case of orders with multiple items, they might arrive in different boxes on various dates, each with its unique tracking number. If your missing item was dispatched separately, it could still be in transit to you.


2. If you have checked and cannot find an additional shipment and are still missing items, please reach out to us. Provide photos of the items you did receive and include the packaging with the detailed shipping label. We are here to assist you in resolving this issue.
