Understanding Order CancellationsUpdated 2 years ago
Coping with order cancellations can be both exasperating and disheartening, particularly when your anticipation for the purchase is high. However, it's imperative to appreciate that order cancellations are governed by a variety of factors.
Cancellation of an order is only contemplated when diligent attempts are made to contact our customers in order to resolve any issues, yet we receive no response. While we make every effort to minimize the necessity for order cancellations, there are situations where it becomes the most prudent course of action to reduce both time and cost implications for you.
We have outlined several common reasons for canceled orders, which encompass:
1. Quantity limitations.
2. Product unavailability or being out of stock.
3. Inaccurate shipping address details.
4. Requirement for additional information by our Product Department.
5. Pending confirmation without a corresponding response.
6. Notifications of high-risk orders received from Shopify.
In certain cases, an order may be canceled if our system flags a payment as potentially fraudulent, and if we do not receive verification within seven days. Please be assured that in such instances, no charges will be applied to your account or credit card. If your transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, a transaction alert email will be dispatched to your registered email address. Should your order be canceled by our system, you have the option to reorder with the same design.
Kindly ensure that you monitor your email inbox to ensure that your new order proceeds smoothly.
Rest assured, there will be no charges incurred for any canceled items. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll be ready to assist you.
