To initiate the cancellation of an order you've recently placed, please follow these straightforward steps:

You can only cancel your order within a 2-hour window from the time of placement. After this period, the order becomes locked for processing and cannot be canceled. If you have already received the tracking number for your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Create a support ticket for your cancellation request:
When accessing the form, ensure that you provide precise information pertaining to your order. Select the reason as "Cancel an order I just placed" to indicate your intent.
4. Specify the specific reason for your cancellation:
You will encounter a drop-down list of specific reasons explaining why you wish to cancel your order.
5. Acknowledge the required terms:
While we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, please be aware that if your order has entered production or has been shipped, a full refund may not be possible.
