To make modifications to your order, please follow these steps:
1. First, review the time policy for making changes to your order:
You can only cancel or modify your order within a 2-hour window from the time of placing your order. After this period, your order will be locked for processing and can no longer be altered.
2. Visit our "Contact Us" page:
If your order is still within the 2-hour policy period, proceed to the ”Contact Us” page and select the "For problems with your order" section.
3. Create a support ticket for your modification request:
When accessing the form, ensure that you provide accurate information related to your order. Choose the reason as "Modify/Edit an order I just placed" to specify your request.
4. Specify the desired changes to your order:
You'll encounter a drop-down list of modification options to choose from. If you wish to provide additional details or attach photos to illustrate your request, you can use the "Description" or "Attachment" field.
5. Please allow additional time for order modifications:
Modifying orders extends the production time by 2-4 days. Please note that we cannot guarantee timely delivery for orders requiring design modifications, especially during busy holiday seasons.
6. Submit your support ticket:
After verifying the correctness of the information you've entered, the final step is to click on the "Submit" button.
Upon submitting the form, you'll receive a notification confirming the receipt of your request, and your order will be processed accordingly.
If the 2-hour window has passed, you won't be able to change the design on your own. In such cases, please reach out to our Customer Support team by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom of the website. Our agents and chatbots are available to assist you.
