How can I purchase favorite items again?Updated a year ago

To repurchase your favorite items, you have two convenient options, and you can choose the one that suits you best.


Option 1: Reorder Your Items Through Our Website


Please follow these steps:


1.1: Visit our website and log in to your account.

1.2: Once logged in, click on "HERE" to access your account information. Your order history will be displayed. Click "View detail" to see all the items from your previous order(s) that you wish to repurchase. This will take you to your "My Purchases" settings.

1.3: Select the item(s) you want to reorder from your archived items and click "Reorder this item with the same personalization" to add the item(s) to your current cart. You can then proceed to place a new order as usual. Under each archived order, simply click the "Buy It Again" button to add the order to your current cart once more.

  • If you need to modify any personalized options, click "Preview" and then use the "Edit Personalization" button to return to the product pages and make your desired changes.
  • If you wish to alter any design options, click on the product name to return to the product page and make the necessary adjustments.
  • If you want to change the quantity of your new order, you can do so by clicking on the minus (-) icon next to the quantity amount.


Note: If you encounter any issues placing new orders with old items, it may be because the products or designs are no longer available. In such cases, please reach out to us, and we'll investigate further. Keep in mind that if you're unable to reorder with old items, it might be due to their unavailability in your location. To confirm, chat with our agents and provide your location for verification.


Option 2: Contact Us for Assistance


Once you've placed an order, your order information will be securely stored in our system. For your convenience, we can help you create a duplicate of your previous order and send a new invoice to your email. 


Please follow these instructions:


           2.1: Fill out all the required information, including your email address, subject, and order ID.

 2.2: Click the down arrow button at the right corner of the "Reason" box, scroll down, and select the option "Question about products." This selection will reveal a new box for this specific option. From the list, choose "I want to reorder the same items."

2.3: In the "Description" box, explain your request, and then press the "Submit" button. Our support team will promptly review and assist you.
