If you discover that you've entered an incorrect address after placing an order, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Begin by reviewing the time policy for address modification and checking the status of your order:
Address changes are only possible within a 2-hour window from the time of order placement. After this period, the order becomes locked for processing and address modifications are no longer feasible. Once you've received the tracking number for your order, address changes are no longer an option. To avoid this issue, it's advisable to double-check your address when placing your order.
2. Visit our "Contact Us" page:
If your order still falls within the policy timeframe, proceed to the "Contact Us “ page and select the "For problems with your order" section.
3. Create a support ticket for your request:
When accessing the form, ensure that you provide accurate order information and enter the new shipping address in the "Description" field. Additionally, select the reason as "Modify/Edit an order I just placed" and choose the action as "Change shipping address."
5. Acknowledge the required terms:
Please bear in mind that making a purchase implies acceptance of all the terms mentioned above.
6. Submit the support ticket:
After verifying the correctness of the information you've entered, the final step is to click the "Submit" button.
Upon submission of the form, you will receive a notification confirming the receipt of your request, and your order will be processed according to your instructions.
